Vint Junky

 

I mentioned i'd joined instagram a couple of posts back, well...i'm hooked! I should first off apologise for the lack of updates on the blog. The boo is off preschool for two months (help me!) and she's at that age where her little brain needs constant stimulation, so i'm not sure how the blog will pan out over july and august. And we're in the throes (very stressful throes) of redesigning part of the house. I'm currently squished in between two clothing rails and a box tower.

So yes, instagram! It feels so instant and fun...and lets me keep my hand in, like a little micro blog journal. But it's all very phonist. So i thought i'd include some from the past 2 weeks on here...well, mostly last week. Yep, over enthusiastic newbie! All images are taken and edited on iPhone using hipstamatic and/or instagram, which is what makes it fun and abit of a challenge. Sorry for the image overload! Hopefully the next one will be less.

Oh dear. Totally forgot i had a blog for the past week or so... I have to pull the 'mummy' card, among other things. And try to make up for it a little with some 'image overload', and cheesy hol pics. On another note, i've just started instagram-ing. I love the immediacy of it. Take pic, edit pic, post! I always thought it was just another photo editing app and had no idea it was like a little twitter/tumblr hybrid, until i spied it on Paula's blog. I've no idea how to add the link here, but if you're an iPhonian you can follow me at 'vintjunky'. I'm trying to post at least one pic on instagram a day. And  hopefully it shall help me shake the need to make all the pics an every post into a coherent narritive. Random is good too....and i'll share a secret, i now hate writing these. Yes, my grammar has gotten shocking (and i don't need to be informed of it via anon comments, ta very much. I already know) Please don't suck all the fun out of it for me!
